PALLIATIVE CARE

In most cases Palliative Care or end of life support is required for clients who have been discharged by the hospital or care facility as they have made chosen their preferred of care is to remain at home. Angels Homecare, on receiving a request to support a client discharge, is able to implement a rapid response care needs and support plan to ensure a smooth transition between discharge from hospital and arrival at home, while providing support for the client and their families.

ELDERLY CARE SERVICES

When one of our Angels Homecare care assistants provides companionship care, they become a trusted companion who can keep you or your loved one socially engaged in their own home, and also accompany you or them on visits with friends, family, and to other social events.

At Angles Homecare, our companionship services may cover a wide range of activities where we are able to provide support, for example:

  • General companionship and conversation
  • Help with your weekly shopping
  • Joining in with your favourite hobbies
  • Help with general domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry etc.)
  • Help with travel arrangements
  • Driving you where you would like to go
  • Arranging and accompanying you to and from appointments

CARE IN THE COMMUNITY FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES

At Angels Homecare & Community Services, we provide personalised domiciliary support for adults with disabilities, helping each person live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible in their own home and within the wider community. Our service is designed to build confidence, encourage independent living skills and create meaningful opportunities through tailored support, including respite days and enjoyable days out. We also offer an education programme featuring AQA Units and Certificates of Recognised Achievement, giving individuals the chance to learn new skills, celebrate progress and take pride in their personal development in a supportive, inclusive environment.
